This Christmas I’d like to help…

So many alone & vulnerable.
What can we do to help?
No family or friends.
at Christmas time….
Suicidal feelings felt.

Write to politicians.
Creating awareness,
Vote to fight!
Shout to the media..
Make them hear our plight!
