Sport

Taken up for pleasure
Or simply exercise.
You gain a drenched sweat
You can feel your heart rate rise.

If its tennis you play
Or surfing a wave.
Trap your emotions
In a prehistoric cave.

Feel the fresh air,
Following through your bodily organs.
The end result,
You'll be filled with healthy endorphins.

We watch with a passion
Staying up late to watch the final.
Who will win,
And take away the title?

Who is the greatest sportsman,
To grace this gigantic earth?
I think its Don
Playing on cricket's turf.

But it is so subjective,
Depending on what sport you play.
It really could be many,
On any given day.
