Poverty

We take it for granted
For the possessions we own,
We have financial advisors
Where we borrow and loan.

But in third world countries,
There is no monetary basis.
Just lonely deserts
With no fertile oasis.

Food is a scarcity
Sex has no protection!
Diseases are increasing
No cover for an erection.

Pardon the pun.
Its no laughing matter,
I hope they gain nutrition,
And climb life's social ladder.

Illiterate children everywhere
Education is there and far between
They're not able to think for the future,
They're just no average Australian teen.

Concerts make a point,
But we need Bush to butt in,
But listening to his speeches,
I could gain more money with a tin.

Equality is my goal,
And make this Earth as one.
So make places like Africa
Feel like they have won.
