Panic Attacks

If its large crowds
Or an important date
Panic attacks can arise.
Never too late.

Your heart rate increases
And your speech is a mumble.
You fall from grace
And take a tumble.

You feel out of place
And begin to shake
Our temperature intensifies
Go jump in a lake.

It's strange to most,
A challenge it may be
I know it can be cured
Lets just wait and see.

But do I have to continually
Take my handful of tablets?
More scientific knowledge is needed
On posters or pamphlets.

I am scared of the future
Knowing how detrimental it can be.
God only knows
Thank him for he.
