Mental Illness

The brain is amazing
It can captivate us all!
But mental illness is reality
Living the highs and falls.

Bipolar is inherited,
Medication is partly a solution
But finding inner peace
That is the resolution.

Psychiatrists play with medication,
But It's up to you to pull your weight.
Suicide is weak,
Never take the bait.

One in a hundred,
Is the statistic of the day.
But it is becoming more common,
That's what they say.

What is the solution?
Love can never be underrated,
Its your friends and family,
One wise man stated.

Depression can be strong,
But so can the adrenaline of life.
Keep away from life's evils,
They are certainly only strife.

I believe that in the future,
This world will be worse,
Money is the route of all evils,
It simply is a curse.

Drinks and drugs,
Show how insecure we are,
Everywhere we go,
Houses, pubs and even a bar.

Mental illness is realism
But so is love,
You only have to look to the sky,
And see a flying dove.

The world would be better,
If we treat everyone has one,
Try to find inner peace,
And then you know you have won.
