Compare this to the massive $7.854 Billion revenue received from Tobacco & Alcohol Excise Duty alone! I say let's get our own house in order first. Allocate $2 Billion to Foreign Affairs & Economic Aid, and the remainder, $955 Million, to remedy the problems associated with Drug Abuse, Alcohol Abuse & Suicide Prevention.
